Mr. Qian Qiming graduated from the Beijing Opera School and is a member of the China Dramatists Association. During his schooling, he studied successively under teachers Shen Yubin, Shen Youliang, and Bai Zonghao. After graduation, he was assigned to the Beijing Peking Opera Theater, where he became a disciple of the renowned Peking Opera artist Mr. He Shunxin.
He successively served as jinghu accompanist of the Beijing Peking Opera Theater, director of the Beijing Fenglei Peking Opera Troupe, and executive vice principal of the Beijing Peking Opera Theater Training School.
錢啓明先生，畢業於北京戲曲學校，中國戲劇家協會會員。在校期間，先後師承沈玉斌、沈幼良、白宗浩等老師。畢業後，分配到北京京劇院，拜著名京劇藝術家何順信先生為師。
歷任北京市京劇院琴師，北京風雷京劇團團長，北京京劇院培訓學校常務副校長。
Qian Qiming studied and mastered the performance of many Peking Opera instruments, including plucked strings, wind instruments, percussion, the jinghu (Peking Opera fiddle), and the erhu.

He collaborated over decades with many renowned Peking Opera musicians and performers, accompanying on jinghu across dozens of schools and hundreds of celebrated productions.
